It’s Time for a New Paradigm

It’s a global mythology.
It’s an “AND” mythology.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to inclusion.
It’s past time for a new Mythology - one large enough to encompass all of the world.
MAGA is a mythology - that’s why it’s so effective. It’s a mythology that calls to people who are searching for a new way of being, but don’t have the vision to go beyond what has already been. So we look back and pick up the scattered remains of an illusion where everything was right and good and in it’s proper place - if you’re the proper kind of person, in the proper kind of place.
It’s comforting in it’s inward nostalgic vision to imagine that the past was right and the hierarchies in place and those with power were deserving and trustworthy and good. After all, they look like us and they sound like us and aren’t we good and deserving of good things? It feels like fighting for survival to return to a mythology that looks like a mirror and reflects our belief that one day, if we’re loyal enough, and work hard enough - we too will attain the level of success that we’ve been told is our right.
All of this nostalgia for meritocracy sounds good if our society was ever based in the meritocracy that it claims.
It isn’t. It never was.
We don’t live in a meritocracy.
We live in and end-stage corporate capitalist society where every decision is focused on attaining money and power and influence to take more and more for the top. Any amount of harm and suffering delivered upon the human and non-human innocents of the world in pursuit of this goal is justified. This particular societal structure is a cancer on the face of the world.
It’s why we need a new Mythology. We need a vision that will heal the cancer.
The healing starts first in consciousness. Healing change begins first in Spirit.

Nothing changes in the physical world until change occurs in Spirit. The first step is to be conscious of what beliefs about the world are creating our reality.
What is your world view?
George Lakoff has a great defining line between the two types of world views that dominate in Western society. They are very basic and are the root source of two different societies that can be created while we’re here.
They are the difference between the safe and the scary world.

There are a lot of values wrapped up in this world view and they have all directly contributed to the multi-crises in the world today.
The root belief of this world view is that it’s not safe to be alive here. The belief is that there is a limited amount of resources and if I don’t fight you and eliminate you - I won’t get what I need and I will die. (And not just die - but be erased. There is a deep existential fear in the creation of this world view.)
It’s you OR me - and I’m choosing me and everyone agrees that this is the right, sane and logical choice. No, feelings don’t matter in the face of annihilation. Understand - our world views are ultimately about existence - conscious or not, we are formulating the root of our Being in existence. This is some pretty big fear.
This is a fear-based world view where everyone is separate and disconnected. Land + Spirit are separate and disconnected. Life is filled with separate and disconnected objects that act on one another and there is no underlying cohesive field of being that unites all of the everything. Everyone is an enemy and there’s not enough and all things are justified in a fractured, separate world in order to remain on top - to remain “safe”.
There is another option. There are so many other options. Lol.

The Mythology of “AND”
This is a world mythology characterized by “AND” not “OR”.
This is fundamentally re-uniting Land + Spirit together into the wholeness that has always been. This is a mythology that feels good to me.
It feels. Period. Which is a step in the right direction.
“AND” feels better to me because nothing is left out, no one is excluded, no one and nothing is left behind. We move forward together. All of us. Everything. In wholeness.
“And” says everything is included.
“And” is simple and complex. “And” is the one and the many. “And” solves so many problems and choices.

- we decide what this world is and means and what’s valuable and important
“And” goes beyond boundaries to a wholeness that exists before we can judge and make exclusions.
There is a field of existence in wholeness that is fite fuaite with the material world - there is no precedence or dominance between Land + Spirit. They exist in harmonious AND together: Tir agus Anam Fite fuaite Gu Bràth.
“Know that all that is,” Bagger Vance’s voice came again as if in a dream, “flows from the union of the Field and the Knower.”

We are creating our experience of the Field of Being through our interpretation and perception of the Field of Being in every moment.
There are infinite realities, because there are infinite points of perspective interpreting the Field of Being. We are recreating in every moment, what our reality is to us through the lens, filter and framework of what we believe this world is, how it is built and functions, and what is possible.
There is no ‘objective’ reality outside our ability to interpret and perceive and be in relationship with the Field of Being.
We are ReEnchanting the World
We are evolving and growing. We are enlarging the circle of what is included. We are ReEnchanting the World that is.
ReEnchantment is returning to wholeness what was once imagined as separate.
What’s “us”, what’s “here”, what’s “now” AND, what’s “them”, what’s “there”, what’s “before and yet to come”…
Separations in wholeness are artificial and illusory. AND they often feel very real. AND they are based in fear.
The new mythology is the consciousness-based reality of ‘AND’.

ReEnchantment embraces the “AND”. We are choosing to dissolve the imaginary binaries that prevent us from perceiving wholeness. We are choosing to let go of the fictional boundaries of Being.
When there are no exceptions to inclusion we see very different solutions.
