Readings FAQ

 

 Items of Note:

  • A request for a reading expresses consent. You can only consent for yourself, not for other people.

  • You can ask questions, but I can't guarantee answers. I give you what I'm given, but sometimes there are no answers to be had. Sometimes the answer can't be shared, or won't be shared. Sometimes we have to live our life and move forward without being told the answer or the right way. Sometimes we have to trust in our own guidance and intuition.

  • Sometimes I am unable to connect. It's rare, but it does happen. I don't for sure know why.

    I have my assumptions. I have a crew of Guides, Guardians and Ancestors that have been in relationship with me since before I was incarnate. They will only allow Love and Truth to come into my sphere. Not every being chooses Love. Not every being chooses Truth. Not every being is willing or able to accept the Truth of their actions or the consequences of those actions in their life. If either of these is in question, the connection is not opened.

    I have my own personal trauma and healing history. So, it's also possible that connections are kept closed if I am unable to do "my job" and relay what I'm given without becoming entangled in the emotional charge.

  • Sometimes souls need rest after a traumatic death &/or life. They may need time to heal and re-adjust to the change in situation. If you think this may be the case, we can try to connect again in a couple months.

  • I trust my Guides, Guardians and Ancestors. I trust that when they do not facilitate a connection, it is blocked for a good and unquestioned reason.

  • If a connection does not happen with your loved one, I will give you the option of a full refund or a personal reading instead. Your choice.

FAQ:

  • No refunds once the reading has been sent.

  • A full refund will be honoured without question as long as the reading has not been sent. Regardless of format; email, text or social media messenger etc. - if the reading has been sent, a refund will not be issued. Regardless of the download or read status, if the reading has been sent, a refund will not be issued.

  • If I am unable to connect at all to your loved one and no reading is forthcoming, you will be given the option of a personal reading or a full refund.

  • As mentioned in "Items of Note", sometimes answers are not available. Refunds will not be offered for unavailable answers. I do not, and cannot ever guarantee any answers to any specific questions. There are things afoot in this Universe that are beyond our asking.

  • No refunds will be honoured in the case of not liking the content of the reading. Unfortunately, I'm not actually responsible for the messages that come through; I just deliver them. Take it up with your departed loved ones.

  • Your reading will be at least 12-15 minutes (more likely closer to 25-30 min.) of audio. I pause the audio between receiving messages so the entire recording is message. The process from opening the connection to closing for 20-30 minutes of audio takes me 1.5 hours to complete.

  • Readings are sent as audio files through either Dropbox or WeTransfer - we're trying both to see which delivers better user experience. You have 7 days to download your reading. If you are not able to download your reading within 7 days, contact Support and we will resend your reading.

  • Due to storage limits, your reading may not always be available for resend after 7 days. Please download your file as soon as possible.

  • Your audio may arrive in one file or multiple files, depending on how it has been recorded.

  • Sometimes the cats and birds are loud. Sorry/not sorry.

  • If you feel guided to work with me but cannot at this time afford the cost of a reading, please contact Support and we can discuss options.
