You are invited to bring any pictures of ancestors or resonate ancestral related images to share with the group.

Whether you’re participating in a group or working in a private session - everyone has to do a little bit of homework to prepare for the workshop.

Things to Bring:

  • Family Tree

  • Ancestral Historical Timeline

  • An idea of who you’d like to connect with and what circumstance/issue you’d like to address with your Ancestor.

  • 3 sets of Footprints (one for you + 2 sets for the Ancestors you have chosen to contact). You can trace your actual foot or shoe or cut out a vague foot-shape.
